Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Cuztom Webz services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Cuztom Webz provides web design, development, and related digital services to businesses in the Houston area and beyond. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment is typically split: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle
All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes
Once a project is completed and approved, all sales are final
Late payments may result in suspension of services

Project Timeline

We aim to complete most basic websites within 5-7 days and pro websites within 2 weeks. However, timelines may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and availability of required materials. Delays caused by client unavailability or late provision of materials are not our responsibility.

Revisions & Changes

Minor revisions during the development phase are included
Small changes are free for the first month after launch
Major redesigns or additional features may incur extra charges
Changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional fees

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate business information and materials in a timely manner
Ensuring they have rights to all content (text, images, logos) provided
Responding to communications within reasonable timeframes
Maintaining their domain and hosting accounts (if applicable)

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website design and content. Cuztom Webz retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio. Any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development remains the property of its respective owners.

Warranties & Limitations

We guarantee that websites will be functional and accessible upon launch. However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or business results. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or client modifications to the website.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the client terminates before completion, they are responsible for payment for work completed up to that point. Cuztom Webz reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Cuztom Webz's liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we create.
